Overview

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is initiating the Digital Economy Awareness and Sensitization Forum a multi-stakeholder engagement platform aimed at promoting digital awareness, literacy and inclusion across sectors. This event serves as a crucial platform to promote digital safety, expand opportunities and strengthen inclusivity for all citizens, with a dedicated focus on empowering women, children and persons with disabilities (PWD). 

The objectives
  1. Promote Awareness, Safety and Opportunities in the Digital Age
  2. Strengthen Inclusivity and Equity in Access to Digital Services
  3. Showcase Innovations by Inventors, Fintechs and Students
  4. Create Synergy between Policy, Infrastructure and Innovation
  5. Promote digital inclusion by providing relevant knowledge, tools and resources to marginalised and underserved groups

Ifeanyi Frank Ogochukwu

Ifeanyi Frank Ogochukwu is a seasoned aviation and digital transformation strategist with extensive experience shaping Africa’s aviation and ICT landscapes. As the Digital Transformation Advisor at the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority and the Executive, Project Management at CS2, he drives innovation at the intersection of aviation, technology, and cybersecurity.

Dumebi Chukwuka

Dumebi Chukwuka, is an experienced IT Project/Portfolio Consultant with a demonstrated history of excellently delivering ICT ICT-based projects/portfolios for Federal, State and Multinational organizations. In the past decade she has worked with sectors that cut across the Telcoms, Power Distribution, Petroleum (Downstream), E-commerce, Knowledge Management and National Security Sectors respectively.

Bosun Ayeni

Bosun Ayeni is a seasoned IT and Revenue Automation expert with over 25 years of experience. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (Executive MBA), IESE Business School, Spain and the Obafemi Awolowo University of Nigeria, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. He has attended several courses including a Data Science and Machine Learning at MIT. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Computer Society (FNCS), has been a guest facilitator at the Lagos Business School on Management Information System and a regular public technology policy analyst on ChannelsTV.
