Ejemen M. Okojie is a Global Senior HR Leader with over 25 years of experience spanning telecom, consulting, financial markets, digital industrial manufacturing, and FMCG across 15 African countries. Passionate about shaping Africa’s talent landscape, she specializes in organizational culture, strategic performance alignment, talent management, and change leadership.
She currently serves as Director of Human Resources at IHS Towers Nigeria, one of the largest independent owners, operators, and developers of shared communications infrastructure globally, where she leads HR strategy, policies, and programs in partnership with the management team. Her work aligns strongly with the Nigerian Communications Commission’s (NCC) mission to build digital skills and strengthen the nation’s talent pipeline, reinforcing the role of human capital in driving sustainable growth across the telecom sector.
J’s career includes leadership roles at British American Tobacco and GE Africa, where she served as part of the global faculty at GE Crotonville, New York. She has also held the position of Chief Human Capital Officer at a leading investment bank and founded Vel Triplum, an HR advisory firm.
